5. Research and medical disclaimer

The Service provides AI-assisted research support. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not rely on outputs for diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for independently validating findings and complying with ethical and regulatory requirements (including IRB/ethics approvals where applicable).

6. Plans, upgrades, and billing

The Service may offer different usage tiers (e.g., Free, Paid, Pro). Some upgrades may require administrative approval. Unless otherwise stated, we do not collect or store payment card data within the Service. If and when integrated, payment processing will be handled by a third-party provider under their terms and privacy policy. We may change plan features, limits, and pricing with reasonable notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting on the Service or via email. The updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
